The stainless steel cover with handle is for use with 42 inch W. gas rangetops with an 18 inch W. thermostatically controlled steel griddle/simmer plate. It Does not have to be removed when operating adjacent surface burners (this prevents spillage into the griddle area when using the burners).
Stainless steel cover with Viking Professional handle
For use with VGRT4214G - 42” wide rangetop with 4 burners and an 18” wide griddle ONLY; will not fit any other Viking ranges or rangetops
SCG18CC is 18" wide left to right and 24" deep front to back
